Disallowed activity

Do not use a line for fraud, phishing, impersonation, threats, harassment, unsolicited bulk communication or unlawful robocalls. Present only caller identities you are authorized to use. Follow the laws applicable to your location, the recipient and the selected number.

Action on violations

A violation may result in suspension or termination of a number or account without a refund. We may respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with the appropriate authorities.

Report a concern

Report suspected misuse through account support or the published support email, with enough detail to identify the affected communication.

Use the line for permitted communication

A telephone number is not permission to impersonate another person, evade platform restrictions or contact people without the required consent.
