The contracting company

These terms govern the account relationship between you and Call Global Communications Inc, operating as Call Global Communications or CallGlobal. Our business address is 16145 Avenida de Mesilla, La Mesa, New Mexico, 88044, USA.

Scope of the account

CallGlobal provides an online account for telephone-number rental and associated messaging, calling, SIP and forwarding controls. Creating or continuing to use an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Published usage allowances

The plan for each number provides uncapped incoming calls and SMS under normal acceptable use, plus 500 sent texts and 1,000 outbound minutes per calendar month. Remaining outbound allowances expire at the end of the month.

Account responsibilities

Keep a working email address on the account and protect the website and SIP login details. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Breaches of these terms or the acceptable-use rules can lead to suspension.

Rental and carrier rights

A rental grants use of a number for the paid term; ownership remains with the underlying network operator. Renewal is necessary to retain the assignment. Country-specific activation information may be required. If a carrier withdraws a number, we may supply an alternative or return the relevant amount to the wallet.

Currency and payment instructions

Charges are expressed in United States dollars. Use the supported payment options displayed for the order or an available prepaid wallet balance. A cryptocurrency transfer must match the full displayed amount, asset and network. Wrong-amount deposits receive no wallet credit, and a transfer on an incorrect asset or chain may be impossible to recover.

Renewal and release

Where enabled, automatic renewal uses the account wallet at the term boundary. An unpaid renewal enters a 7-day grace period; after that period the number is released.

Permitted conduct

Fraud, harassment, unsolicited bulk traffic, unlawful automated calling and other prohibited activity are not allowed. The separate acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms.

Continuity and emergency use

Service interruptions can occur and continuous availability is not guaranteed. CallGlobal is not an emergency telephone service; maintain another way to contact emergency responders.

Responsibility limits

To the extent applicable law allows, the aggregate liability arising from the service is capped at the fees paid to us during the three months preceding the claim.

Revisions to these terms

We may revise the service terms as the product or requirements change. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
