Unused account funds

You may ask to return an unspent wallet balance that has not funded a purchase. Where eligible, the return uses the original cryptocurrency and an address you supply; blockchain network charges may be deducted.

Call Global Communications Inc administers the refund and replacement arrangements for CallGlobal.

Exchange during the first week

Within 7 days of buying a number, its dashboard controls allow up to two free exchanges for another number in the same country if it does not meet your needs. Previous usage does not prevent this exchange. The replacement inherits the existing paid-until date rather than starting a new rental term.

Return an unused number within 7 days

A number that has not made or received any call or SMS may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full rental refund. Request the return from the line controls; the number is released and the refund goes to your account wallet.

Outside the return conditions

The current rental is not refundable after the first 7 days or after any call or SMS usage. The unused-number return arrangement does not cover renewals.

An order that cannot be provisioned

If a paid number cannot be activated, the associated rental amount is returned to the account wallet.

Incorrect or late crypto transfers

Send the transaction hash, network and asset to support if a transfer needs investigation. Wrong-amount deposits are not credited. A support review does not promise credit, recovery or a refund, particularly when the wrong asset or chain was used.
