The product interface and its plan terms are listed below. Availability of real network delivery depends on the configured carrier connection and the selected number; the presence of an interface is not proof of a completed call or delivered message.

Manage the account over time
The dashboard provides account, wallet and number controls. Review the line status and paid-until date, keep credentials private and ensure that the next renewal can be paid.
A number should only be described as operational after its carrier provisioning and delivery path have been verified. Check support if the displayed state and actual communication do not agree.
The CallGlobal service behind the number
A line includes incoming SMS and incoming calls without a quantity cap, together with a monthly allowance of 500 sent texts and 1,000 outbound voice minutes. Use the online inbox, browser dialer, forwarding or the SIP credentials supplied for that line.
The advertised annual option works out to $1.80 a month, with $21.60 charged for the year. Live checkout shows the selected term and total; renewals draw from the prepaid account wallet.
During the first 7 days you may exchange a number within its country up to twice without an extra rental charge; its existing expiry date stays in place. A separate 7-day refund option applies only when no incoming or outgoing call or SMS has used the line.
Fund the order carefully
Choose the coin and network offered by the payment screen before sending funds. CallGlobal accepts supported USDT and USDC routes; the checkout determines which routes are currently available. Transfer the complete displayed amount, including every decimal place.
A transfer with a different amount does not qualify for wallet credit. Never round a payment or subtract a withdrawal fee from it. If a transaction needs investigation, send support its hash and network without making another payment.
Functions outside the product scope
CallGlobal does not include porting, voicemail, recording, a public customer API, eSIM provisioning or a proprietary mobile app. It is not an emergency telephone service.
A compatible external PBX or dialer may provide its own functions. Those capabilities, configuration and compliance remain separate from the rental of a CallGlobal line.

How do I confirm that a number is usable?
Check the provisioned status and the actual communication path. A number appearing in an inventory table is not sufficient evidence that calls or texts can be delivered.
Can I connect my own phone application?
The interface supports SIP credentials for compatible software. The account must also have a functioning configured carrier path for telephone traffic.
Can I use this as an emergency telephone?
No. Keep a local emergency-capable telephone available and do not rely on CallGlobal for emergency calls.
